Right before Thanksgiving, water started coming back up our bathtubs and toilets. Fearing the worst, I called around looking for anyone reputable to see if they could come out. Luckily I found Gotelli Plumbing and Jason come out right away. Obviously for something like this, there were multiple variables and after some checking, he was able to diagnose the issue immediately. Really grateful for the job and his team did, and was luckily able to enjoy Thanksgiving the next day. Will definitely use them again next time I have any sort of issue.

Gotelli Plumbing saved my Thanksgiving! I had a home warranty company. I called them when I got a plug drain this Saturday before Thanksgiving. I did not hear back from their contractors until Monday and they told me they couldn't service my drain until December 5! (I am not renewing my contract with them.) I called Gotelli and they were out the next day. Cody did an excellent job, left things clean, was super friendly, respectful, and helpful. They also have a great plan for seniors to help them afford to do the plumbing they need. I highly recommend Gotelli Plumbing and signed up for their senior membership program. Thanks so very much!

Jason was absolutely amazing and I have had nothing but the best experience with Gotelli Plumbing. Jason instantly diagnosed the issue, was able to source new and beautiful faucets within a day, and had them installed perfectly on my needed timetable. He is a true professional.

Fernando did a great job fixing some plumbing issues I was having with the kitchen sink and one of the bathroom sinks. He replaced the shut off valves under both sinks and adjusted swivel on the kitchen faucet for me. I knew my water heater was getting old but have been putting off replacing it. He gave me a quote and scheduled a time to come out and replace it. I’m really happy with the work he has done here and highly recommend him. He’s prompt, polite and knowledgeable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service technicians came right away and determined how to resolve not only the water heater but advised me on other plumbing issues. Although there was not a compatible water heater at the local suppliers, the lead man continued to search for the most available one that was ordered for delivery the next morning. All work was done efficiently and conscientiously so that I felt confident that the job was done well.

To be sure, this was a difficult project. All in all it included repairing two different cast iron pipes and a sink trap. We had a smoke test done to find the leak and the contractor for that company said "If anyone can figure this out, it's Tom." I couldn't agree more. He's so well versed on how everything is tied together and the possibilities for failure from everything including our brand new, super modern German sink to our 70+ year old cast iron sewer system. He also installed our on demand water heater. Seriously quality and conscientious work. I'd highly recommend Tom for any plumbing issue at your home.
